afternoon Workshops (4) hours. Partners enjoy poses together, learn
massage & acupressure to assist during labor, infant CPR and more
Labor Doula service - “Mothering the Mother” Includes a Prenatal
Home Visit, continuous professional care & support during early
labor through delivery, creating an easier, more comfortable,
stress-free birth, including initial breast feeding support
immediately following birth. $750.00.

HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Education Classes (4) Sessions (days and
dates vary) - Learn to eliminate fear and tension by using
self-hypnosis techniques, tapping into a deeper consciousness, using
the “natural relaxant” of the body. Birthing baby with “calm.”
$275.00 couples, add $100.00 for private sessions.
Infant Massage - $50.00 (prenatal or postnatal w/baby welcome)
