With over 20 yrs. experience in fitness and teaching, Debra is an advanced-certified yoga teacher E-RYT, and prenatal specialty teacher-trainer with the National Yoga Alliance. Member of ICEA - Int'l Childbirth Education Association, certified childbirth educator with the Hypnobirthing® Institute (the Mongan Method), holistic/lamaze childbirth classes, newborn baby care specialist and happiest baby on the block teacher - certified by Dr. Harvey Karp. Infant massage practitioner/instructor and professional -certified labor (companion) doula, birthing doula and postpartum doula. Providing doula care & services for the mommy-to-be during labor and birth. Providing postpartum care for newborns and families at home with services offered both day and night. Author of the nationally recognized DVD "Yoga for Pregnancy." Teaching fitness over 20 years, celebrating "Motherhood" every day!!

As a certified labor, birth & postpartum doula, Debra assists women and families from pregnancy, through birth and beyond. Offering physical, emotional and spiritual support, post breast feeding support, newborn baby care and more. Each family is given Education, Love & Support. Fees are based on individual needs.

Birthing with couple's at home, birth centers, hospitals including Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, South Miami Hospital, Baptist Hospital, Kendall Regional, Homestead Hospital and Jackson South Hospital. Memorial Miramar, Memorial West, Memorial Regional, Plantation General and Northshore Hospital, assisting with labor, birth and early postpartum care including breast feeding support! Debra is a faculty member of CAPPA - Childbirth and Postpartum Association, teaching nurses, doulas and others to become a Postpartum Doula for newborns and families following birth.
