Prenatal Plus - Yoga is a Specialty Center, where families are embraced from the beginning of pregnancy, throughout these amazing nine months of physical, emotional and spiritual changes and continuing with postpartum love & support. Offering prenatal & postnatal w/baby yoga classes, couples workshops, childbirth education courses, prenatal/labor/birth and postpartum doula care, as well as the benefit of sharing with other Moms & Dads-to-be, making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPTION #1: one hour session - HAVE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ENJOY & CONNECT WITH A SPECIAL SACRED CIRCLE MOTHER BLESSING FOR THE SHOWER "MOM-TO-BE," RELAX AND ENJOY!!! Just a bit of tension release as we connect together. This is done standing, no mats, Everyone from Grandma to kids can join in!!

What to Wear?

Comfortable stretch clothing. Please allow 1-hour after eating prior to taking a class, if possible.
Yoga is done without shoes or socks.

Prenatal Yoga - Partner Workshops: $125.00 - One Day (4) hours of childbirth preparation

Labor Doula service: $750.00 (Debra will work with each client individually on a sliding scale when necessary and pro bono for qualifying clients)

Postpartum Doula Care: See "Postpartum Doula Care" Special packages to suit your personal needs

Post Surgical (cosmetic) Home Assistance: Starting Rate @ $15.00 p.hr. day / $20.00 p.hr. night

HypnoBirthing® Complete Childbirth Education Course: group -$325.00, private -$525.00 -
(4-5) sessions

Infant Massage: $35.00 (prenatal or postnatal w/baby welcome)

Breast Feeding your Baby: $50.00 (prenatal or postnatal w/baby welcome)

Newborn Baby Care: $50.00 (prenatal or postnatal w/baby welcome)

Mother Blessing Baby Shower Session with Debra: $75.00 includes either choice - one hour session of songs and blessings or tea party and chair massages focusing on the Goddess Mama to be.

Pre-registration is required for all classes. Please call if under 16 weeks pregnant.
Please arrive ten minutes prior to attending your first class to pre-register with Debra.
